Community & Collaborations

ADHD women connecting across countries-Mariane Power, Leonie-Ruth Acland, & Rachael Massey

Changing lives and changing the world together is a reality we need to bring to life in these troubled times of meta crisis, social unrest and escalating personal, societal and environmental trauma. My passion and purpose is social weaving to bring personal and planetary change through relationships.

Relationships with nature (which I address here), and the relationship we have with ourselves (which I address here) and relationships within society – which is what community, collaboration and social weaving is about.

Individually we are vulnerable. In our fast paced society we are all overly taxed with responsibilities and often lose motivation and perspective on just how much we can effect change, together. The ripple effect is as strong as ever and as necessary now as never before.

In community we are connected and strong- we have people to share ideas with, draw strength from and provide care to. We become more vibrant and our work more vital through these relationships.

I will share regularly on this page: podcasts I have found inspiring and books which have touched my heart and mind.

I will also showcase the work of colleagues, their ideas and impact to amplify the ripple effect.

**Welcoming you to the ADHD: Women Exploring the Neuroverse Podcast**

My podcast with co-host Rachael Massey focuses on building community for women who recognise they have ADHD or ADD after childhood.

This podcast developed out of a desire for us to find support for ourselves and offer it to others. To create a trusted place to share our stories. Where we can feel seen, heard, and accepted for the whole of who we are.

We discuss ADHD and ADD facts and observations. Share tools and skills to manage some of the quirks. And we interview women, like you, who share their experience with adult attention deficit disorder.
